Trans Pride Seattle’s tabling fair is an opportunity for local organizations, small businesses, community groups, artists, and others to share their work with the trans and gender diverse communities of the Puget Sound.

Each year we host 35-60 organizations, businesses, and community groups that represent a wide variety of services and interests. Tabling also provides an amazing opportunity for trans and gender diverse community members to learn about local programs, events, services, and opportunities. We also partner with community health and mental health partners to conduct community surveys, provide free on-site HIV testing, book consultations and appointments for preventative health screenings, and more.

Trans Pride Seattle seeks to build the health, safety, wellbeing, and vibrancy of our community. We are also a 501(c)(3) organization with legal restrictions on who we can promote.

Because tabling space is limited at Trans Pride Seattle, we prioritize trans-led organizations, followed by LGBTQ+ & POC specific organizations, trans-owned small businesses, and services that are used by trans and gender diverse people in the Puget Sound Area. We encourage harm reduction, mental health, and public education campaigns to join us!

We do not accept tabling from:

  • Major Corporations (other than employee resource groups)
  • Candidates for Elected Office
  • Alcohol, Tobacco, Marijuana, or Firearms-related companies or organizations
