UPDATE: Tabling Registration for TPS ’23 Has Closed

as of 5/18/23

This year, we received a record number of requests for tabling (over 70)! If you registered by May 18th, 2023, rest assured we have received your application. As we are a mostly volunteer-run event, we are working to finalize registrations, email invoices, assign tables, and send out instructions. Thank you for being patient with us.

For groups who are still interested in tabling after our registration close date, Gender Justice League may on a case-by-case basis allow people to bring their own canopy, table, and chairs to place in the park. This option is by permission only as it impacts our City of Seattle & Park Permits. If you are interested in bringing your own canopy, tent, and tables this year, please contact

Trans Pride Seattle’s tabling fair is an opportunity for local organizations, small businesses, community groups, artists, and others to share their work with local trans & gender diverse communities. Tabling also provides an opportunity for trans & gender diverse community members to learn about local programs, events, services, and opportunities.

We also partner with community and mental health partners to conduct community surveys, provide free HIV testing, book consultations and appointments for preventative health screenings, and more.

Because tabling space is limited at Trans Pride Seattle, we prioritize trans-led organizations, followed by LGBQ+ & POC specific organizations, trans-owned small businesses, and services that are used by trans and gender diverse people in the Puget Sound Area. We especially encourage harm reduction, mental health, and public education campaigns to table!

We are unable to accept tabling from:

  • Corporations (other than employee resource groups)
  • Candidates for elected office
  • Alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, or firearms-related companies or organizations
